When you shop or contact PAWKWAN we may collect your name, mobile number, email, delivery address, pincode, order details and customer-support messages.
How we use it
We use this information to process payments and orders, deliver products, provide order tracking and support, prevent fraud, improve the store and send marketing updates when you have opted in.
Payments
Payments are processed through Razorpay. PAWKWAN does not receive or store your full card or UPI credentials. Payment providers process those details under their own privacy and security terms.
Service providers
We may share the minimum information needed with payment, email, hosting, analytics and courier providers to operate the store and fulfil your order. We do not sell customer personal data to advertisers.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct your contact details or unsubscribe from marketing messages. For privacy requests, email support@pawkwan.com.
Security & retention
We use reasonable safeguards and keep information only as long as needed for orders, support, legal, accounting and fraud-prevention purposes.
